When we first arrived we set out to get our children some bicycles and noticed a few things. Bicycles are the most popular means of travel in our rural town, and purchasing one was fairly expensive. Something we can buy in the states for $50-$60 on sale or clearance we had to buy for $125-$150 and that’s not including any accessories like a basket or even a kick stand.
Since then God gave us a vision of joining with the local church, Spanish School, and any traveling missionary or student.
The Spanish school allowed us to offer the service of the rental to the students.
The Students would then not have to purchase a bicycle and be mobile ASAP.
The church allowed for us to partner with the youth group and teach them to service bicycles while having a time of devotional.
We also send a portion of what we make to support the missionaries of the local church.
Our vision is to aid the traveling missionaries or students who will be here for a short period with a means of transportation, teach the local youth about god using the bicycle as a means to bring them in, and further the kingdom by supporting local missionaries financially.
